Oasis webinars can use built-in reminder emails. Go to <strong>Manage Feature</strong> and select <strong>Reminder Email</strong>. Then return to <strong>Detail</strong> and open the <strong>Email</strong> tab to set reminder timing, such as <strong>1, 3, and 7 days</strong> before the live event. Attendees will receive emails on those days. You can edit the email content by clicking the <strong>pencil icon</strong>, though the default message is usually sufficient. If you’re using Zoom or another integrated platform, you can also use its reminder emails, but using both Oasis and the platform can duplicate reminders. It’s best to choose one system.
